When you asked Rama for this song, he clearly stated that you weren't allowed to use it as it was for commercial use (for money) only. Meaning that you would have to buy the beat before you were allowed to use it.

Now, as for your rapping. Yes, this track has a wicked beat, thanks to Rama. Your timing is fairly spot on, and your flow is pretty clean.

However, this track is weak. If I was in this competition, I'd laugh if I was up against you to be honest. You really need to work on how hard your punches are. Listening to this made me feel like I was being insulted by a 14 year old, with insults no stronger than;

"Your boring and you suck
And you're not slightly entertaining"

and; "stay outta my way or forever get dissed".

Seriously, as a rapper, what do I care if I forever get dissed? Bring out those hard punches, make these guys scared of their future battles against you.

Yes, the lyrics were quite clever. But they just didn't have that much needed "hype" in a "hype track". I understand you were sick, and I honestly can't wait to see what you bring to the scene.

As for mixing, a little more low end in your voice please.

And my last bit of constructive criticism is; please for the love of Hip-Hop, don't do that gay voice again, especially in your outro of this song.

Overall, nice track, nice spit. Tweak what I've told you to, and you'll go far in this competition.

Keep it up BCT, nice to see you on the scene.

Thanks man! It helps me a lot to hear what I need to improve. You can tell by looking at my older tracks in comparison to my newer ones. :)

I had already upoaded this by the time Rama responded, I was super bored from being stuck in the house for the last few days, and pretty impatient. I sent him a PM saying I'd purchase the beat, He said he was actually fine with me using it.

Lol and the gay voice is pretty funny, IMO. Im not trying to be some hard gangster hip hop guy. You know? Just wanna be me. Maybe make some people laugh.

Hot Damn!

This beat is so chill, and the vocal sample you've added in on every bar makes it so much better. and I love the fact that the zither sounds so raw, like you can hear every twang and pluck. Man, every time I hear a beat of yours I just want to spit on it straight away haha!

I could imagine this song in one of the 2Fast2Furious movies, in a scene where they're all in the garage trickin' out some custom ride.

I can imagine..

Someone like Royce Da 5'9" spitting on this track, in a style very similar to 'Over (Freestyle)'. Decent song man, I just feel it gets a tad repetitive, and there are certain sounds that annoy me, but other than that, it's it's a good track overall.

Also, as Qsik said, the drums could have been better.

God damn! Nice track gentlemen! The beat was sick as, loved it. ET, once again, your flow is spot on! Fuck, I'm jealous of your voice when you rap. But I suppose that's just the perks of bein' black. :P

This track has that much needed punch of humor AND still some hard metaphors, props boys. Chadley, you did really well on this beat, sounds awesome. Only thing I'd like to see more out of you, would be a bit better timing and some more complexity in your lyrics. But other than that, dope.

Just wondering if the melody was a sample? At any rate, sounds really good. I think it could have used a different snare, and a better tuning of the limiter.

However what my complaint with this song is the review below me. The "and I'll chuck in a favorited too." Favorite something if you love it, don't just favorite it to do the artist a favor. That's why the Audio Portal voting system is screwed, from people dropping 5's on their friends and 0's on people just to keep their own songs near the top.

Anyhoo, enough of my bitching, keep up the good work man, you're dropping some nice beats!

You are not the first person who tells me to change the snare... I love with this snare, with others it sounds too artificial.

Generic

It was good, sounded like the soundtrack to a new beginning of something.

However the chords, piano patterns and everything else used in the song was very generic, nothing special or new.

Overall, a nice sounding song, but sadly, very generic and unoriginal.

However, the drums didn't suit it. It would have sounded a lot better with more.. war drum kind of patterns, whether a snare roll or even some pounding floor toms. But at any rate, you did extremely well. I love the string patterns, and the change up between serene and hype.

Try the Classical genre sometime! I'd look forward to hearing some of your stuff on there!
